Department Mission

Providing employee programs and services that contribute to a high performing service oriented culture is a key focus of the department.

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Department include the development and administration of programs and services relating to employment, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, safety and compliance.  The department serves approximately 500 staff and nearly 1700 applicants per year.
