Breast and Cervical Cancer
The SAGE/Minnesota Breast and cervical cancer control program is a federally funded program designed to increase breast and cervical cancer screening in Minnesota.  A particular focus of the SAGE Program is to pay for tests for women whose income and insurance coverage act as barriers to obtaining regular screening.                 
Breast Cancer Foundation    Komen Income Guidelines 

The American Cancer Society currently recommends that women receive cancer screening according to the following guidelines:
Monthly breast self exams at age 20 and over
*  Clinical breast exam every 3 years, age 20-40, yearly age 40 and over
*  Screening mammogram every 1-2 years, age 40-50, yearly age 50 and over
