Crow Wing County Community Services Health Division will be holding

Walk In Flu Clinics (H1N1 and Seasonal) at the Crow Wing County Public Health office located at 204 Laurel Street, Suite 12, Brainerd MN from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on the following Wednesdays in March: March 10^th , 17^th  & 31^st .

H1N1 Information:

This H1N1 clinic is open to everyone 6 months of age and older.  We currently have H1N1 Shots and H1N1 Mist. Second doses will be available for children age 9 and under who received their first H1N1 dose at least 28 days prior to the clinic.  There is no charge for H1N1 vaccine. 

Seasonal Flu Information:

Seasonal flu shots are for people ages 6 months and older.  We currently do not have Seasonal Flu Mist- only shots.

Cost is $25.00 per vaccination or CWCPH will bill Medicare Part B, Medical Assistance, and MinnesotaCare.  You must bring your card.  Some $5.00 vaccine will be available for children ages 6 months – 18 years who meet the Minnesota Vaccines for Children eligibility guidelines.  No one will be turned away for inability to pay, however, if your private insurance covers this vaccine in full, you are asked to go to your provider or pay the $25.00 fee.  We do not bill private insurances. 

These are walk in clinics - no appointments will be made.
