2-1-1 is an information and Referral line for Community Resources, such as referrals to county human/social service agencies, food shelves, credit counseling, donation sites, counseling agencies, shelters, and etc. Our former name was First Call for Help but are now a program under the United Way of Central MN. Our new name is United Way 2-1-1 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (cell phone users currently still need to use our 800# which is 1-800-543-7709).
The Senior linkage line is still intact and can be reached at 1-800-333-2433. |
