Crow Wing County Public Land Management houses historical aerial photography covering much of Crow Wing County. The photography was taken approximately every ten years starting in 1939. The public is welcome to come view these photographs.

The 1939 photography is also available on the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources website. The photos may be viewed online and the high-resolution images (1200 bpi) may be downloaded at no cost.

The 2004 photography is also available through the Minnesota Depart of Natural Resources website. The photos may be viewed online or ordered by mail.
