Ski Trails and Conditions

Larson Lake and Wolf Lake Ski Trails are open for non-motorized uses during the non-winter season. Please feel free to enjoy these two trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. |

Trail Conditions Update: The Larson Lake ski trail and Wolf Lake ski trail were both groomed on Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Since February 24th the weather has been warm. The ski trails are in a spring skiing condition.
PLEASE NO WALKING, SNOWSHOES OR DOGS ALLOWED ON THE GROOMED SKI TRAILS.
PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGE OR PERSONS DOING DAMAGE TO THE SKI TRAILS BY CALLING THE CROW WING COUNTY PUBLIC LAND MANAGEMENT OFFICE AT (218) 824-1115.

Directions: Larson Lake Ski Trails are located south of Deerwood. Follow State Hwy 6 south, turn left on Co. Rd. 10 |

Wolf Lake Trail Map
Directions: Wolf Lake Ski Trails are located between Brainerd & Deerwood.
South of the Deerwood Shortcut turn south on Tower Rd., turn right onto N. Nelson Rd. OR follow State Hwy 18 east from Brainerd, turn left onto Co. Rd. 159, stay straight onto N. Nelson Rd. |
