The County Recorder's Office accepts for filing and maintains a permanent record of all documents regarding real property in Crow Wing County.   This includes deeds, mortgages, contracts for deed, probate documents and various others.

The County Recorder is an elected official of Crow Wing County and is elected for a four year term.
