The Crow Wing County Sentence To Service (STS) Program is run by the State of Minnesota's Department of Corrections.  On your report date, let the Programs Staff know you are interested.   Applications can be printed online or picked up at the front desk of the jail.  If you qualify, please complete an application for the program and either bring it with you on your report date, mail it or deliver it to the Crow Wing County Jail. Prior to starting the program, you will be required to pay $40.00 for a drug screen.  You will not be allowed to start the STS Program unless/or until your test results are negative.  All current base fines or any other delinquent fines WILL be worked off at the rate of $6.00 per hour BEFORE you are allowed to work off jail time.  Additional STS Program requirements are detailed in the packet.
